Duties
- Complete local multi-drop deliveries throughout the North Coast region
- Safely load, unload and secure freight for transport
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic safety checks
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
- Maintain delivery paperwork and records as required
- Follow all road safety and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse and freight handling duties when required
Skills and Experience
- Current MR Licence (minimum requirement)
- Previous courier, transport or delivery driving experience preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling throughout the day
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving history and strong work ethic
- Must have no current injuries that would impact manual work duties
