• Annual income: ¥6,000,000 – ¥12,000,000

Location may vary depending on project
No relocation expected
Indoor smoking areas available
Working Hours
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day, 1-hour break)
• May follow client working hours if onsite
• Average overtime: ~15 hours/month (varies by project)

• 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays)
• Summer holidays, New Year holidays
• Paid leave: 10–20 days (80%+ utilization rate)

Overview
You will work on data analytics and BI projects, leveraging FPT’s digital technology platform to
deliver AI-driven value to clients.
• Engage in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, or data analytics projects
• Even if you don’t have prior data analysis experience, you will start by upskilling (Python
experience required)
Responsibilities
• Design and develop data analysis and BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Collaborate with FPT experts for project delivery
• Work with global teams and partners to develop new services and solutions
• Promote internal/external capabilities and build reusable assets
• Research latest technologies and evaluate solutions (including hands-on work)

Requirements
Must Have
At least one of the following:
• Strong communication skills with clients or internal business teams
• Business-level Japanese
• Experience or knowledge in analytics / BI, such as:
• Algorithm development
• Handling unstructured data
• Data processing / transformation
• Time-series analysis
• Statistical analysis
• Dashboard development
