Warehouse Lead

We are looking for a 1^st shift experienced Warehouse Lead to take ownership of the Materials Department and lead a team of 7 in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Requirement:

• Warehouse, materials, inventory, stockroom, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong ERP/inventory system experience, including troubleshooting, inventory transactions, cycle counting, FIFO, and material traceability.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with solid Microsoft Excel experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate material flow, and work effectively across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments.

Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM
