Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We’re seeking a Foundry Laborer to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you’ll help finish manufactured products by removing excess material and preparing completed parts for the next stage of production.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Foundry Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Grinding and smoothing finished products
- Operating grinders, saws, and basic hand tools
- Removing excess material and rough edges from completed parts
- Inspecting finished products for visible defects
- Following work instructions and safety procedures
In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other production duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, foundry, grinding, or general labor experience is preferred
- Ability to safely operate grinders, saws, and hand tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
- Reliable attendance and a strong work eth
