Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection and offer processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations, and equitable hiring practices.
- Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
