Senior Software Engineer (Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) W2 Only

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Java 11+ (Java 17+ preferred), with strong knowledge of multithreading, streams, collections, and concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS, with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as Oracle or DB2, including SQL and PL/SQL stored procedures.
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices in line with OWASP standards.
• 7–10+ years of professional software development experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with NoSQL databases and messaging systems like JMS.
• Prior exposure to microservices architecture and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Familiarity with legacy API modernization projects and batch applications.
• Knowledge of GCP or Azure cloud platforms.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in deploying, troubleshooting, and enhancing large-scale Java applications in cloud environments.
