About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. You will ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard, operate safely and efficiently, and deliver an exceptional experience for tenants.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of commercial properties.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across building services, including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire systems.
• Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance and cost-effective service delivery.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with procurement and tender processes.
• Oversee capital works, refurbishments and building improvement projects.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and act as the primary contact for facilities-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, statutory requirements and building regulations.
• Support sustainability initiatives, environmental reporting and risk management.
• Manage building security, access control and emergency procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and property maintenance.

• Previous experience in Facilities Management within commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance and contractor management.
• Excellent stakeholder and tenant relationship management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and capital works projects.
• Sound understanding of WHS legislation and building compliance.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
