  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
  • Able to work weekends
  • Professional presentation and customer-first approach
  • Honest, trustworthy, and highly reliable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technology and systems capability
  • Full New Zealand driver's licence

The Role

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
  • Generate and follow up sales enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Support finance and aftermarket product opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity
  • Present vehicles professionally and ensure stock is showroom-ready
  • Contribute positively to a high-performing team culture

This is a six-day rostered role within a business that operates seven days a week, so flexibility and commitment are important.
