Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Hours: 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20+/hour (Based on experience, tenure, and performance)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for receiving, organizing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory while leading warehouse staff and ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
This is a physically demanding position that requires lifting heavy products weighing 100+ pounds. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with warehouse management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, organization, and shipping.
Receive incoming shipments and verify all products are accurately accounted for.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for maximum efficiency.
Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Follow and enforce shipping procedures while maintaining accurate outgoing shipment logs.
Perform monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory with system records.
Supervise warehouse personnel by setting clear expectations for productivity, attendance, and professionalism.
Foster a positive team environment and lead by example.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed, including proper material handling and forklift operation.
Maintain awareness of heat-related safety practices and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required.
Previous supervisory or warehouse management experience preferred.
Forklift certification required (company certification available if needed).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organizational, inventory management, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to safely lift and move products weighing 100+ pounds.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including heat.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
