A leading retail organization client of mine is looking to hire a Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across merchandising, retail planning, and supply chain functions. Successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and vendors to deliver innovative retail solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs and enhancement requests
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing teams; vendors, and development teams to deliver solutions
  • Support system integration, testing, rollout, and user adoption
  • Leverage SQL and data analysis to support decision-making and solution validation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Analyst or Commercial Analyst
  • Strong retail domain knowledge in areas such as Promotion Planning, Assortment Planning, Category Management, Merchandising, or Supply Chain
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications or retail planning platforms
  • Comfortable working with data
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Experience with AI, advanced analytics, or data-driven transformation initiatives
