Financial Customer Service Associate- (HYBRID)

Yoh has an immediate, 12 month contract, possible temp to hire opportunity, as a Financial Customer Service Associate within the Financial industry to join our client, Hybrid, to report initially for training, to their office in Fort Mills, NC

Please Note: Candidates advancing in the process will be required to complete a short Spark Hire video interview (approximately 5 questions) before formal submission to the hiring team.

• $20-25/hr. max hourly rate
• You must be able to support working a regularly schedule shift anytime between the
  hours of 8am EST and 8pm EST Monday-Friday.
  • Shifts could be 4 day weeks, 10 hour days (4-10s) or
  • 5 day weeks, 8 hour days, to be assigned by business need.

***Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983***

What You Will Be Doing

Following a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on coaching, guided practice, and exposure to our clients, systems, and products, you'll join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our advisors and their investors.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and investors, handling a variety of inquiries and financial service requests.
• Deliver a world-class client experience with every interaction, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a client-first mindset.
• Resolve questions and issues in real time by leveraging strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Research account information and navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Support a range of client needs, from routine account inquiries to more complex financial transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal business partners to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution.
• Continuously build your knowledge of financial services, products, and processes to better support our clients

Who You Are:

• You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2+ years of experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role.
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, customer-focused, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
• Strong problem-solving skills, take initiative, and demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technology and can navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Naturally curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous growth and development.
• Experience or education in financial services and/or a Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is a plus.
