The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Production to work at a company located in the Remus, MI area! Job Title: Production Job Location: Remus, MI Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: 6am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday $15.00/hr Job Description: This role involves preparing molds, mixing and pouring matrix materials, curing products, and performing final inspections. It requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to perform hands-on production tasks, including buffing.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required. REQUIRED: Previous buffing experience. Skills & AbilitiesAbility to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing devices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. Personal AttributesStrong work ethic and reliability. Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills. Safety & ComplianceConsistent adherence to all safety regulations and protocols. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Responsibilities1. Clean and Prepare MoldsInspect molds for residue, defects, or damage. Clean thoroughly using appropriate solvents and tools. 2. Mix Matrix MaterialsGather all required components (resin, hardener, fillers, etc.). Follow manufacturer mixing ratios and guidelines. Mix thoroughly—mechanically or by hand—until fully homogeneous. 3. Pour Matrix into MoldsPour from one side to reduce air bubbles and ensure even fill. Tap or gently vibrate molds to release trapped air if needed. Level the surface before curing begins. 4. Curing ProcessMaintain recommended temperature and humidity conditions. Allow full curing time as specified for the material. 5. Demolding & Final InspectionCarefully remove cured parts by flexing molds as needed.
