Line Operator Location: Plymouth, MI Shift: 2nd (3pm – 11:30pm) M-F Pay: $17.50/hr Job SummaryAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Line Operator to join our team in Plymouth, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure high-quality plastic components are manufactured, inspected, and packaged to meet customer specifications and delivery standards.What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Operator, your core responsibilities will include:Operating injection molding machines: Run equipment efficiently to produce quality parts used in customer products.Inspecting and packaging parts: Check finished parts for defects such as shorts or flash, and package them according to customer requirements and specifications.Maintaining production quality and output: Ensure production goals are met while following all work instructions, labeling requirements, and quality standards.In addition, you will also be expected to complete daily production and quality reports, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support overall production flow.What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to work overtime as needed
1 year of previous injection molding experience required
