Job Description:

Manages individual contributors within a practice domain. Is required to be fully aligned and support the implementation of global service initiatives locally. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of budget, cost, direction and people management. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Directs and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical area.

Core Accountabilities:

Provides strategic and operational direction and alignment with global service initiatives within the practice domain
Responsible for planning and managing the delivery team to achieve set revenue, profit, business growth and customer satisfaction targets within the practice domain

Managing and maintaining of delivery resources capabilities within the global tools

Is required to support of the sales organization in business development, pursuit and engagement delivery, ensuring the right level of sales and delivery capacity is available to execute on the service pipeline
Influences and participates in delivery efforts by working closely with the Customer and his direct Managers/Team lads and or delivery team members

Job Specific Accountabilities:

Directs and controls activities for a team in the practice domain in a particular practice area or geography (country or sub-region).
Develops business plan(s) for the practice, balancing client needs and global solution area

focus, consistent with regularly updated client business plans.

Accountable for revenue and margin within the practice domain
Through collaboration with client principal team(s), delivers consistent performance.
Acts as client principal if none present to drive business decisions including engagement pursuit, and selling cost management.
Responsible for personnel and business management with in the practice domain Accountability for team effectiveness, people development and achieving utilization targets. Responsible for developing and managing strong customer relationships at intermediate levels and is an active participant in consulting engagements in pursuit and delivery.
Helps global services team identifies leading edge services, processes and approaches for creating and leveraging intellectual capital.
Responsible for executing global delivery models for the practice domain, and recommends ideas for optimization of those models.
Understands their solution portfolio and identifies repeatable business opportunities while ensuring appropriate import/export of intellectual property.
Recommends enhancements to the offering set.
Advises practice team on global best practice, policies and procedures
Participates in the development of the local and global services and strategy
Develops functional service concepts

REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Experience: Min. 5 yrs of directly related experience

Technical Skills:

Relevant University degree or equivalent certification
Detailed understanding of organizational structure, delivery requirements and services provided within is practice domain of expertise
Full understanding of SWO delivery management and project management tools, processes, governance and advanced reporting at a CIO level

Core Skills Requirement:

Professional level of both Japanese and English communication skills (Reading, Writing and Verbal)
Experience in people Leadership and building a team across a matrix organization model Strong industry vision and a understanding of various technologies and how its integration into horizontal and vertical markets.

Understanding not only competitive technology, but fundamental changes to the software and

technology business will be important.

Identify potential partners which complement SoftwareONE Services
Demonstrated experience and expertise of using a consultative/solution selling approach to senior business decision-makers by reinforcing value of technology to customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities.

Demonstrates broad knowledge of corporate organization, culture, policies, products, markets and processes.
Experienced in Financial management practices
