QAQC Engineer

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a QA/QC Engineer position on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing inspections, test plans, quality documentation, and NCR processes.
• Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect CSA works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
• Review subcontractor quality submissions, method statements, and inspection records.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits, issuing NCRs where required.
• Support project teams in identifying, managing, and resolving quality issues.
• Work closely with engineers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality matters.
• Verify that materials, installations, and workmanship meet project and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
• Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
• Assist with project handover activities, including QA dossiers, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
