Are you an experienced sales leader with strong relationships across the mining industry and a background in conveyor systems, aftermarket solutions or materials handling?
 
We're partnering with a leading industrial solutions business to find a National Sales Manager to drive national sales performance, strengthen key customer relationships and lead an established team of 10.
 
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a national sales function, working with major mining customers and identifying opportunities to grow aftermarket revenue across Australia.
 
The Opportunity
  • Lead, mentor and develop a national sales team of 10.
  • Manage and grow key relationships with major mining customers, including BHP and Rio Tinto.
  • Drive aftermarket sales, account development and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, operations and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market share across the mining and materials handling sectors.
About You
  • Proven experience in a senior sales or sales leadership role within mining, materials handling, conveyors or a related industrial sector.
  • Strong existing relationships with major mining customers and key decision-makers.
  • Solid understanding of aftermarket sales, service offerings and customer account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term customer partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
