Apply directOffshore Legal has been asked to source a mid level commercial litigator for this leading firm in the BVI. The team predominantly handles high profile cross border cases, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, trusts, funds, shareholders disputes and asset tracing.
Candidates must be UK / Caribbean admitted and those with a city or top tier regional background will be preferred. There will also be opportunity to gain advocacy experience if so desired.
A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%.
