The Role:
As ERP Systems Lead, you will take ownership of the ERP environment from end to end, playing a central role in how the business uses technology to operate. Whether you are leading implementations, solving complex system challenges, or working alongside stakeholders to unlock new efficiencies, this role puts you at the centre of it all.
What You Will Bring:
- A relevant IT qualification and a minimum of five years' experience in ERP implementation, support, and maintenance
- Strong SQL database management skills, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Experience working with database server environments, including navigation and performance diagnostics
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to gathering requirements and delivering outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce quality technical documentation
- Exposure to reporting tools and enterprise ERP platforms
