Painter - Commercial & Residential
Our client is a well-established company delivering quality results on residential and commercial projects across Perth. With a strong pipeline of new builds, they are looking for experienced and reliable Painters to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for painters who take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail and want consistent Monday to Friday work across a variety of projects.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of painting for residential and commercial new builds across Perth. You’ll work as part of a professional team, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The day to day:· Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, patching and cleaning· Apply paints, primers, sealers and other coatings to internal and external surfaces· Complete cutting-in, rolling and spraying where required· Paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trims and other surfaces· Complete preparation and finishing work to a high standard· Work at heights and from elevated work platforms when required· Maintain a clean and organised work area· Follow site safety requirements and construction procedures· Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and schedules

· Comfortable working at heights
· Physically fit and capable of working on construction sites
You MUST have:
· Working at Heights qualification
· White Card
· Own reliable transport
· Relevant painting experience
· Elevated Work Platform (EWP) qualification/licence preferred
This is a hands-on role suited to a painter who takes pride in their work, works well within a team and is looking for reliable Monday to Friday hours.
