General Laborer

Location: Holland, MI

Shift: 8:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday) 

Pay: $17.00/hour

 

Job Summary

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and supporting production on the floor? We're seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of operations, supporting production and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.

 

What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Supporting production through light assembly, material handling, and packaging tasks.

• Maintaining a safe and organized work area to support efficient operations.

• Assisting with quality checks and preparing materials as needed.

• Supporting other departments and production tasks based on business needs.

 

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment required

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

 

Skills:

• Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Flexibility to assist in multiple areas as production needs change

• Team player with strong communication skills
