Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with rostering the department

• Perform quality inspections of all departure rooms and spot check occupied rooms

• Ensure key procedures are followed
• Motivate team members
• Coach team members on job performance
• Communicate suggestions and complaints to the manager
• Ensure a working environment free of harassment and discrimination
• Assist with processing payroll for all team members
• Coordinate new starter orientation and training
• Direct and supervise room attendants, housemen, public area cleaners and mini-bar, giving physical assistance when necessary
• Ensure team members meet productivity requirements for the property
• Action guest requests promptly

• Service rooms when required

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Maintains availability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, adapting to the evolving needs of the business and client demands.
• Strong Financial and Operational Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control, with an ability to maximize resources while ensuring top-quality service.
• Qualifications:  (Ideally) 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
