We’re hiring a customer-service focused Helpdesk Analyst to support a high-volume password reset/access support effort. You’ll handle inbound calls/emails and also proactively reach out to end users to resolve issues and reduce backlog.
What you’ll do
- Take inbound calls and emails from employees and field managers needing password resets and basic access help
- Proactively follow up with end users to complete resets and close open items
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance with patience and empathy (high call volume environment)
- Accurately document interactions and create tickets for items you can’t resolve immediately
- Escalate/route issues to more experienced support staff as needed
- Keep users updated on next steps and expected timelines
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, or helpdesk experience
- Strong phone skills + strong written communication (email/ticket notes)
- Calm, professional approach with frustrated or time-sensitive users
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced setting
- Password reset / account access support experience (SSO, AD, internal portals, HR systems)
- Ticketing system experience
- Workday exposure
- Spanish bilingual
