About the Client

• Leading retail group with multiple banners across Asia

• Currently rolling out a company-wide analytics transformation

• Complex stakeholder landscape across Finance, Ops, and Commercial

Role Duties

• Own end-to-end change strategy across all banners

• Drive UAT readiness and business participation

• Develop and deliver business-friendly training materials

• Track readiness, adoption risks, and training completion

• Produce SteerCo decks with clear, non-technical insights

• Act as single coordination point for business-side change

• Manage regional-level change champions / SPOCs

Role Requirements

• 5+ years in change management or business readiness roles

• Proven experience with multi-site / multi-banner rollouts

• Strong UAT coordination and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to translate technical changes into business impact

• Retail, FMCG, or supply chain experience highly desirable

• Immediate availability or short notice period is a must
