About the role
This position offers the chance to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, playing a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of a significant government organisation. You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring that the organisation meets its staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume hiring campaigns
  • Coordinate and support bulk recruitment and assessment centre activity
  • Manage large applicant pools (4,000+ applicants per campaign)
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment activities and workflows within Workday.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong hands-on experience using Workday for recruitment (essential)
  • The ability to work independently with minimal system training
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working within structured recruitment processes.
