We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing growth team and drive activity across key marketing channels. You'll have demonstrated experience driving audience acquisition & retention through meaningful content (email, organic social & paid media) as well as partnership marketing and broader communications initiatives.
This is a hands-on, generalist marketing role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution. You’ll have the opportunity to shape audience strategy, create compelling content, build and optimise campaigns, analyse performance and turn ideas into action.

The Scope:
- Own the strategy and execution of a key audience engagement channel, developing ways to increase engagement, conversion and long-term audience value.
- Plan, write, build and optimise regular audience communications, including segmentation, testing, QA and performance analysis with the data team.
- Identify opportunities to evolve audience activation through lifecycle communications, re-engagement and other targeted initiatives.
- Create compelling content across channels, including social, customer case studies, press releases, reports and other brand content.
- Support product marketing initiatives by translating product launches and updates into clear, engaging communications for customers.
- Contribute to SEO/AEO and broader organic growth initiatives.
- Support brand collaborations, partnership campaigns and other growth projects as they arise.
- Work closely with Product, Growth and other teams to turn ideas and insights into effective marketing campaigns.
- Bring a generalist mindset to a small, fast-moving team, balancing planned activity with ad-hoc projects and changing priorities.
- 4–5 years’ experience in content marketing, lifecycle/CRM or a similar generalist marketing role.
- A strategic mindset combined with a strong bias towards execution, you can develop the strategy and then get into the detail to make it happen.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your voice for different audiences and channels.
- Confidence using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, editing and content production while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Hands-on experience with any email platforms such as Mailgun, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze or similar would be favourable.
- Experience with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO and analytics platforms such as GA4, Search Console or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage recurring campaigns alongside ad-hoc projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in — this is a role where priorities can shift and no two weeks will look exactly the same.
- An interest in a purpose-led business and social impact is critical.
