About the Role
As the Inventory Manager, you'll lead all aspects of stock operations within a busy, high-volume store. Working alongside the leadership team, you'll drive inventory accuracy, efficient stock flow and operational excellence while supporting exceptional visual merchandising standards. By ensuring the right product is available at the right time, you'll play a critical role in maintaining an inspiring store presentation and delivering a seamless customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team while driving operational excellence behind the scenes.

- Passion for developing teams and leading operational excellence.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
