Are you detail-driven, curious, and passionate about quality? We're working with an innovative Sheffield-based manufacturer looking for a Lab Technician to join their Quality team and help ensure every product leaving the site meets the highest standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out lab testing to support production and quality assurance
- Working closely with the Quality Manager to maintain and improve testing processes
- Playing an active role in driving continuous improvement across the site
What we're looking for:
- Experience working within a quality-focused environment, ideally including lab testing
- Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt or above) is a strong advantage
- A methodical, analytical mindset with real attention to detail
- Someone who thrives working shifts and enjoys being part of a hands-on team
What's on offer:
- £32,000 salary
- Shift pattern: Days (6am–2pm) / Afters (2pm–10pm)
