A well-established, physician-led healthcare organization in the greater Boston region is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join its growing, patient-centered team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient-focused Rheumatology practice with strong patient demand and rapid ramp-up potential
• Large, established referral network supporting consistent new patient volume
• Nationally recognized clinical team delivering personalized, innovative, and evidence-based rheumatologic care
• Emphasis on timely access and individualized treatment planning for musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions
• Minimal inpatient responsibilities with a light call schedule to support work-life balance
• Collaborative, team-based care model with close coordination across specialties including endocrinology, orthopaedics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and radiology
• Access to nearby infusion services and advanced imaging support
• Work alongside experienced nursing staff with additional APP support anticipated
• Strong administrative infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on clinical care
