We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team where your skills will have a direct impact on equipment reliability, production uptime, safety, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Repair and troubleshoot production machinery during operations.
-
Perform preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
-
Install, remove, modify, and maintain production equipment.
-
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
-
Support Production, Engineering, and Quality teams with equipment issues.
-
Participate in equipment problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Complete required maintenance documentation and paperwork.
-
Learn and support new production equipment and technologies.
-
Train employees on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
-
Train and mentor Maintenance Trainees.
-
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
3–5 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
-
Hands-on experience with:
-
Electrical systems
-
Hydraulic systems
-
Pneumatic systems
-
Mechanical systems
-
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to diagnose and repair industrial production equipment.
-
Experience with robotics, PLCs, automation, or material handling systems is preferred.

Valid driver's license required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a hands-on maintenance position requiring the ability to:

Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand for 8+ hours

Climb, carry, pull, grip, twist, and reach as needed

Maintain good hand-eye coordination
TRAVEL

Valid driver's license required
-
Up to 5% domestic travel
