Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running at its best?

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team where your skills will have a direct impact on equipment reliability, production uptime, safety, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Repair and troubleshoot production machinery during operations.

• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Install, remove, modify, and maintain production equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Support Production, Engineering, and Quality teams with equipment issues.

• Participate in equipment problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Complete required maintenance documentation and paperwork.

• Learn and support new production equipment and technologies.

• Train employees on proper equipment operation and maintenance.

• Train and mentor Maintenance Trainees.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Electrical systems

  • Hydraulic systems

  • Pneumatic systems

  • Mechanical systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to diagnose and repair industrial production equipment.

• Experience with robotics, PLCs, automation, or material handling systems is preferred.

• Valid driver's license required.

TRAINING PROVIDED

You'll receive training to help you succeed, including:

• Crane Operation

• ERP System Training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a hands-on maintenance position requiring the ability to:

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

• Stand for 8+ hours

• Climb, carry, pull, grip, twist, and reach as needed

• Maintain good hand-eye coordination

TRAVEL

• Valid driver's license required

• Up to 5% domestic travel
