Role/Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Dutch payroll processes, including payroll closing, salary validation, and other monthly processing activities
- Administer payroll operations using eBlox (mandatory), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
- Prepare and deliver payroll-related outputs such as reports, certificates, and insurance declarations
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all payroll activities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support payroll-related queries
- Collaborate within the HR/payroll team to maintain high service quality and drive continuous improvement
