Join a major industrial operation delivering a significant site-based construction and infrastructure program. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator or Supervisor to take ownership of project execution, contractor management, safety leadership and stakeholder coordination within a large-scale operational environment. Based on site, you will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily construction and project activities
  • Manage contractors and subcontractors onsite
  • Track project schedules, milestones and progress
  • Review drawings and technical documentation
  • Monitor procurement and material deliveries
  • Support quality, compliance and safety requirements
  • Assist with reporting, cost control and project administration
  • Liaise with engineers, consultants and operational stakeholders
  • Drive project outcomes while maintaining high safety standards
About You
  • Previous experience in a Coordinator, Supervisor or similar leadership role
  • Experience managing contractors in mining, construction or heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices
  • Civil construction and/or infrastructure project experience
  • Capital project delivery experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident using project management and computer systems
Essential Requirements
  • Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
  • Restricted Quarry Manager certification
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
  • Local to Worsley
