Heritage Concrete is a growing concreting business based in Uralla, NSW. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliable delivery, the team works across a range of concrete projects and is looking to appoint a new Leading Hand Concreter / Site Coordinator to support continued growth.

This is a newly created role for an experienced concreter who enjoys being hands-on onsite while also taking responsibility for coordinating people, projects and day-to-day operations.


About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on role where approximately 90% of your time will be spent onsite managing and delivering concreting projects, while also supporting the coordination and administration required to keep jobs running smoothly.

You will work closely with the business owners, clients, contractors and team members to ensure projects are well planned, organised and completed to a high standard.

The role will suit someone who enjoys being on the tools but also has the communication skills and organisational ability to coordinate jobs from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support concreting teams onsite to deliver quality outcomes
• Coordinate daily site activities, resources and workflow
• Work alongside the team as a hands-on concreter when required
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure clear communication
• Support job planning, scheduling and progress tracking
• Coordinate materials, equipment and purchasing requirements
• Track purchase orders and ensure materials are available when needed
• Assist with quality control and ensuring work meets project requirements
• Provide updates, manage expectations and resolve day-to-day issues onsite
• Support project coordination between the site team and office

About You
You are an experienced concreter who enjoys taking ownership and making sure jobs run smoothly.

You will ideally have:

• Solid experience in concreting and civil/construction environments
• The ability to confidently lead and coordinate a team onsite
• Strong practical knowledge of concrete processes, materials and sequencing
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors and team members
• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved wherever needed
• The ability to balance hands-on trade work with planning and coordination

Experience managing projects, crews or subcontractors will be highly regarded.
