  • Proven experience in an Automotive Business Manager or F&I role
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding finance and insurance targets
  • Strong knowledge of lending, compliance, and dealership finance processes
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Ability to work effectively within a high-performing sales environment
