On behalf of our client based in Tipperary, we are recruiting a Production Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in Food Science, Biotechnology or recent graduates of similar qualifications.
Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)
- Operating and monitoring yeast fermentation processes
- Vessel preparation, inoculation, control and cleaning
- Raw-material reception and testing as well as stock management
- Following SOPs and quality-management procedures
- Drying and bagging yeast biomass
- Recording production data
