MEA Recruitment is searching on behalf of our client, a global conglomerate, for a Trade Operations Finance Officer to join their team.

The Trade Operations Finance Officer will be responsible for various duties, including managing supplier and customer payment operations, receivables monitoring, and financial reconciliations.

Responsibilities of the Trade Operations Finance Officer:


  • Process supplier and customer payments and monitor due dates

  • Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and resolve invoice discrepancies

  • Maintain receivables aging reports and track credit limit exposures

  • Follow up on overdue customer balances and coordinate collection activities

  • Coordinate with Treasury, Accounting, Sales and Logistics teams


Experience required:


  • 3–5+ years of relevant finance or trade operations experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work under time pressure
