My client is a listed investment business focused on helping everyday Australians become successful investors. With over 13,000 investors and approximately $1.6 billion in invested assets, the business has established itself as a trusted provider of investment opportunities through a direct-to-consumer model.
About the role:
This is a hands-on leadership position for a marketer who thrives on driving measurable growth outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies that convert consumers into investors while building a scalable marketing engine that supports the continued growth of the investor base.
This is fundamentally a business-to-consumer (B2C) growth marketing role. The business's success is built on attracting, engaging, nurturing and converting everyday consumers into active investors. As such, we are specifically seeking candidates with a strong track record of acquiring and growing consumer customer bases through sophisticated marketing strategies and data-driven decision making.
While experience within financial services, wealth management, funds management, ETFs, investment platforms, or fintech is highly regarded, the most important requirement is demonstrated success in B2C customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, CRM, lifecycle marketing and growth.
Candidates who have built customer acquisition engines within high-growth consumer businesses, fintechs, technology companies, marketplaces, telecommunications providers, subscription businesses or similar consumer-focused environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end‑to‑end investor acquisition, lead generation, conversion and retention strategies.
- Optimise the investor journey through data-led, scalable campaigns and content.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, website performance and ongoing optimisation.
- Track results, run testing and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
- Deliver targeted communications, automated journeys and nurture programs
- Use CRM and data insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- Lead investor communications, events and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop partnerships and referral channels to expand reach.
About You:

Experience -
- Proven success in B2C marketing and customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage consumer customer bases.

- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Deep understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth outcomes and marketing ROI.
- Experience within funds management, wealth management, ETFs, investment platforms, fintech or broader financial services preferred but certainly not essential.
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience working in high-growth consumer or technology businesses.
