This role supports the administration, compliance, and coordination of international pension programs while handling employee inquiries and maintaining accurate plan records.
About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day operations of pension plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution programs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for pension-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with pension teams, third-party administrators, actuaries, auditors, legal counsel, and vendors to support compliant plan administration
- Review and reconcile pension data, payroll records, contribution files, and actuarial reportsSupport audits, census activities, actuarial valuations, government filings, and ongoing maintenance of pension documentation and procedures
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Pension Administration
- Background in Human Resources
- High proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, retirement plan compliance, and related reporting requirements
- Experience with U.S. retirement plans
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
Desired Skills:
- BBA in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with international pension plans
- Experience working with actuaries, auditors, and third-party administrators
- Background in financial reporting or audit coordination
