About the role
This is an entry level Recruitment role, as a Para-Consultant, you will play an integral part in supporting the recruitment process. This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior consultants, enhancing your skills in candidate sourcing and client engagement.
Key responsibilities
  • End-to-end management from client brief to successful placement.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, databases, LinkedIn, referrals and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain regular contact with your talent pool to support proactive placement opportunities.
