Apply directAs an Office Administrator, you will:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including emails, spreadsheets, databases and filing systems.
- Develop and improve administrative and record-management systems.
- Monitor office expenditure, manage budgets and maintain stationery, equipment and supplies.
- Oversee office facilities, maintenance, repairs and safety checks.
- Organise and support meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Manage staffing levels, delegate workloads and support staff development and training.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, equality & diversity and data protection policies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is stored and managed appropriately.
- Coordinate statutory testing of electrical equipment and workplace safety devices.
- Manage the organisation's social media activity.
- Attend relevant conferences and training to support continued professional development.
