Job Title: Scientist I
Location: San Diego, CA 92111
Duration: 08/03/2026 to 07/30/2027 (with extensions possible)
Interview: 1x with HM. If successful 4x 30min (back to back, same day, 2hr total) interviews with team members
Working hours: Monday to Friday, core business hours (ie 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Skills
  • Resume must haves: - LNP (Lipid Nanoparticle) formulation. - industry/company experience, not accepting purely academic experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline with 2 years of industry experience, OR a Master's degree with 1 years of industry experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in specializing in LNP formulation and encapsulation of nucleic acids (mRNA, siRNA, or DNA)
  • Proficiency with standard LNP characterization methods, including Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Zeta potential, and Ribogreen assays
  • Experience with MS Excel, JMP Prism
