Join a busy and growing transport & Logistics company in Pemulwuy!

We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Transport/Logistics Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Pemulwuy
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role

As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily transport and logistics operations by coordinating bookings, liaising with customers, and ensuring accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly CHEP pallet count reporting
  • 2IC pallet management
  • Scheduling of inbound containers arrivals with transport carriers and communicate to inbound team
  • Preparation of carrier consignments/manifests as required
  • Identify and escalate practices and/or concerns to the Logistics Warehouse Manager
  • Support the Logistics Warehouse Manager with day to day admin functions
  • Any other duties consistent with skills and experience

About You

  • Previous administration or transport/logistics experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team player
