They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering a diverse range of client-side projects. ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initial planning and design through to construction, completion and handover. Working in a client-side capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of projects including major capital works, commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and building services projects.
This position will provide you with significant exposure to high-profile clients, whilst allowing you to work alongside experienced industry professionals within a collaborative and supportive environment.

DUTIES.
- Manage projects from concept and feasibility through to completion and handover
- Act as the key client-side representative throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and project reporting
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
- Lead design management and design coordination processes
- Manage procurement, tendering and contract administration
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress
- Manage variations, claims, risks and commercial outcomes
- Provide clear and consistent reporting to clients and senior stakeholders
- Manage project governance, compliance and quality requirements
- Coordinate commissioning, handover and post-project activities
- Support capital works planning and project feasibility
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management within the construction or property industry
- Previous client-side/project consultancy experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
- Experience managing consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and project delivery
- Excellent budget, programme and risk management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Government project experience highly regarded
