Forklift Labourer

We're on the hunt for reliable Forklift Labourers with construction site experience to join a range of active projects across Brisbane. Suburbs include Fortitude Valley, Brendale, Hamilton and Stones Corner.
These roles combine forklift duties with general labouring, so you'll be moving materials around site while also pitching in with general site tasks alongside the trades. Immediate starts are available, so you could be on site as soon as tomorrow.

THE ROLE

• Operating forklifts safely on active construction sites
• Loading and unloading deliveries from trucks
• Moving materials and equipment around site for trades
• General labouring duties, including site clean-up and keeping work areas tidy and organised
• Working closely with site supervisors and other trades to keep the job moving

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• $38 to $45 per hour plus super
• Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
• Daily travel allowance of $22.41
• Time and a half and double time paid for overtime
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing roles with permanent contracts on offer for the right candidates

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• White Card
• Previous experience working as a labourer and operating a forklift on construction sites
• Solid work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
• Own transport highly desirable
• Full PPE
