Site Supervisor | Townsville | Homebuilding
$125,000 – $145,000 + Super + Vehicle
Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for the opportunity to be part of something from the ground up?
The builder I'm working with is entering an exciting growth from the ground up phase and is looking for a driven Site Supervisor / Builder to join the team and play a key role in delivering quality residential homes across the region.
As newly established, this is a unique opportunity to join early, have genuine autonomy, and work closely with the business owners as the brand continues to grow locally. Excellent career progression opprtunies.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a mix of custom homes and greenfield residential builds, managing projects from construction commencement through to handover.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the owners, you will be responsible for:
• Managing a portfolio of approximately 4–6 active residential builds
• Supervising construction activities from start through to completion
• Coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Managing site quality, compliance, and construction processes
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the Stonewood Homes Townsville business
About You
You will ideally have:
✔ Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
✔ Strong understanding of the building process from start to finish
✔ QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (highly preferred)
✔ Experience across custom homes, volume builds, or greenfield developments
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
Experience with construction software systems including
Homeline, MyConstruct / MyBuild, and Xero will be highly regarded, however training can be provided.
