Cafe & Catering Chef | Sunshine Coast

Over the late nights, split shifts and unpredictable hospitality rosters? This could be the change you're looking for. We're looking for a Chef / Senior Cook to join a busy cafe and catering operation on the Sunshine Coast.

It's a hands-on role with 38 hours guaranteed, primarily daytime shifts and a fixed roster - ideal for someone wanting more consistency without leaving the kitchen behind.

The role

• Full-time | 38 hrs guaranteed
• Hourly rate + penalties - get paid for every hour you work
• Flexible roster across 7 days.
• Prepare and pack café, catering and hotbox meals
• Work alongside a small team of 5-6 chefs
• Staff discounts across multiple venues

What we're looking for

• Cert III in Commercial Cookery
• 1+ years' kitchen experience
• Cafe, catering, pub or similar background ideal
• Good food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Self-reliant and comfortable working independently
• Someone who enjoys contributing ideas and getting involved
