General Laborer Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labor duties to support the team as needed including some assembly, deburr and organization.
- Operate sit-down forklift to load/unload, move, and stage materials
- Operate walkie riders / electric pallet jacks to pick, transport, and position product
- Perform material handling tasks such as picking, staging, wrapping, labeling, and palletizing
- Load and unload trucks/containers as needed
- Verify items using pick tickets, work orders, or basic scanning (as applicable)
- Keep work areas clean and organized (5S/warehouse housekeeping)
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and use required PPE
General Laborer Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift and walkie rider (certification a plus; training may be provided)
- Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Strong attendance, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
- Basic math/reading skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
