This is a professional, people-focused business offering the successful Business & Marketing Administrator the opportunity to work across its UK operation while collaborating with international colleagues.

Monday to Friday, full-time

Job Description:

The Business & Marketing Administrator will take ownership of a varied position spanning Salesforce, marketing and business support.

A major focus will be becoming the UK Salesforce super-user, maintaining data quality, supporting users and working with the international Salesforce team.

The Business & Marketing Administrator will also support social media, email campaigns, content and industry events.

Working closely with the Managing Director, the Business & Marketing Administrator will provide executive and wider business support, including meetings, travel and office coordination.

Skills & experience:

The successful Business & Marketing Administrator will ideally have Salesforce or CRM experience, strong Microsoft 365 skills and excellent written communication.

You’ll be organised, confident working across different teams and proactive enough to spot what needs doing and take ownership.

Marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
