An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Training Product Development & Deployment Specialist to join a leading mining and resources company supporting a significant pipeline of training development initiatives.
This role will suit a seasoned Learning & Development professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to deployment. You'll work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design, develop and deliver engaging learning solutions, with a strong focus on eLearning and blended learning programs supporting operational and technical workforces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Create engaging learning content using Articulate 360, Storyline and/or Rise.
• Work directly with SMEs to extract technical information and translate it into effective learning experiences.
• Manage multiple learning development projects concurrently.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Develop facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments and supporting materials.
• Ensure training products meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed timeframes.
• Coordinate testing, reviews and deployment activities.

About You

• Strong Instructional Design and Learning Design experience.
• Hands-on experience developing eLearning content in Articulate 360, Storyline and/or Rise.
• Proven experience delivering learning products from needs analysis through to deployment.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and SME consultation skills.
• Excellent written communication and content development capabilities.
• A proactive and autonomous approach with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within mining, resources, manufacturing, energy, logistics or other operational environments.
• Experience developing facilitator-led, blended and digital learning programs.
• Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Relevant qualifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education or a related field.
