Registered Nurse - Education Manager

Lead and inspire as an Education Manager, overseeing workforce training and development across a diverse health environment in country Victoria.

• Salary circa $134k with scheduled increase in November (Vic Public Health Award)

The role

You will lead and manage the training, education, and development programs for approximately 90 staff members. You will coordinate training initiatives, support clinical educators, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with regional health partners, ensure compliance with standards, and support staff through orientation and ongoing professional development. Your leadership will ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.

Key requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment 
• 3+ years leadership experience in an Aged Care or Actute setting
• Proven experience leading training and education
• Strong stakeholder engagement and people management skills
