Your Day-to-Day
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients
- Attend client meetings and contribute to team discussions
- Draft, review, and finalise legal documents
- Manage your files efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to team workflows and support junior staff
- Participate in development and learning opportunities
- 2+ years PQE in general practice or private client work
- Admitted in New Zealand with strong legislative knowledge
- Confident building rapport with clients and colleagues
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated to grow, take on more complex work, and expand your skills
- Exposure to a variety of matters with increasing complexity
- Hands-on client contact and professional development
- Mentoring and structured learning opportunities
- Collaborative, supportive team culture that values knowledge sharing
